Some Things Never Change

The last decade has been one of constant change for the public safety technology industry.  Gone are the old mainframe systems like the AS-400 or UNIX with huge monitors and green screens; now we talk about things in the "cloud” and access everything on our smart phones and tablets.  Every day there are company mergers and acquisitions, new standards and requirements, and software that becomes obsolete or unsupported.  The challenges we face today are very different than even yesterday.

But despite this constant state of unrest, some things remain the same.  Software will always need to be easy for people to use and learn, it will always need to be well maintained and supported, and at the end of the day, the price needs to make sense.

Those constants have been the building blocks that have allowed Zuercher Technologies to become a leader in our industry.  We are always striving to improve our product while keeping it simple and easy to understand. We are very passionate about customer support and have made excellence here an obsession. Finally, we have invested considerable time developing cost-saving tools and automated processes that allow us to provide the best support and reliability while, at the same time, passing along savings to our customers.

From our company’s inception nearly a decade ago, we have been working to provide the best public safety software solutions available anywhere. This audacious goal has led us to steadily grow the company on never-changing tenets such as quality, ease of use, and excellent support. If you have a few minutes, I encourage you to visit our "Why Us" page on this new website for a more in-depth look at what has made us a great public safety software vendor in the decade past and what will continue to do so in the decade to come.
